Watch Gallery Warranty

Every watch purchased directly from us comes with a 24 month comprehensive Mr Watch Gallery warranty; this is in addition to any remaining warranty from the brand manufacturer. If through no fault of your own the watch stops working correctly, Mr Watch Gallery will repair any defect covered by the warranty as quickly as possible.

Guarantee Contract

1. Mr Watch Gallery‘ warranty is subject to the same conditions as the brand manufacturer’s warranty;
2. Watch is still under brand manufacturer’s warranty – it will be sent directly to the address appointed by the manufacturer. Mr Watch Gallery will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf and organise the delivery to and from the manufacturer;
3. If the watch has no remaining brand manufacturer’s warranty, but the Kendrick warranty has not expired – Mr Watch Gallery will authorise the repairs with an approved repairer or our appointed watchmaker;
4. Watch has no warranties left – Mr Watch Gallery will provide a quote for repairs;
5. Any repairs authorised by Mr Watch Gallery will be supplemented by an additional 12 month warranty;
6. Only mechanical and manufacturing faults are covered by the Kendrick guarantee;
7. Any modification, additions or replacements of components which have not been authorised by the manufacturer or Mr Watch Gallery will invalidate your warranty;
8. When claiming against your warranty the watch must be delivered to Mr Watch Gallery’ Store. For your safety we recommend that you insure the posted item;
9. The warranty is in addition to your statutory and common law rights;

Exclusions

The following are not covered by the Mr Watch Gallery guarantee:

1. general wear and tear
2. damage caused by accident, mishandling or misuse
3. wear of the watch strap
4. water damage caused by submersion into water inconsistent with the brand manufacturer’s guidelines
5. damage to the glass component
6. theft or loss of the watch
